REGULAR MEMBERSHIP - for Flight Chaplains and Chaplains involved in APFC
Regular Membership is appropriate to Flight Chaplains, Chaplains, other Ordained Persons, and those in the ordination process whose work or mission includes at least 25% of their time devoted to air or critical care ground medical transport services. Members in this category must demonstrate ongoing involvement in flight chaplaincy work and continue to advance towards or maintain their Professional Flight Chaplain status.
ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP - for Flight Programs and Hospitals
Associate Membership is appropriate to all air medical transport programs, hospitals, emergency medical service organizations, chaplain oversight organizations, and any other non-aviation partnership, corporation or business entity directly or indirectly involved in the air medical transport industry.
AFFILIATE MEMBERSHIP - for Helicopter and FW vendors and manufacturers
Affiliate Membership is appropriate to air medical transport providers, maintenance facilities operators, helicopter and fixed wing manufacuters and vendors, and any other partnership, corporation or other business entity, which determines their services to include or support an air medical transport program, company or entity.
PERSONAL MEMBERSHIP - for individual flight crewmembers and staff - and any other friends of APFC
Personal Membership is appropriate to any individual employed in the air medical transport industry (flight nurses, com specs, paramedics, EMTs, pilots, adm. staff), or anyone who otherwise has an interest in Flight Chaplaincy or the air medical transport industry.
STUDENT/CPE RESIDENT MEMBERSHIP - for seminary or CPE students
Student/CPE Membership is appropriate to any student enrolled in an accredited CPE program, divinity school, seminary, or school of theology, who is not yet recognized by a church or other religious entity as a certified ministry candidate.
ACADEMIC PROGRAM - for seminaries and hospital-based CPE programs
Academic Program Membership is appropriate to seminaries, divinity schools, schools of theology, and hospital and community based CPE programs interested in advancing the training of Flight Chaplains, and in fostering the Flight Chaplain role in formal CPE and/or seminary education.
FOUNDING MEMBER - for the founders and those providing direct services to APFC at no charge during start-up
Founding Membership is appropriate for the first 12 Associate and Affiliate Members or for those who have provided critical start-up services to APFC, at no charge.
