The Sky is Falling: Basic Crisis Intervention Strategies
While the essence of a crisis is danger and opportunity, the ablity to appropriately recognize and respond to a crisis can make the difference between an organization's success and failure. This course will help participants interact with basic crisis assessment strategies and etiologies, understand how a crisis evolves, explore specific and common crisis situations, and understand hot to decrease the severity of any future crises. This course will help the participant understand how daily interactions with crisis situations impact their work environment and transport team members.
